Last summer I was in a horrific car accident and it completely changed my life. I think for me personally being brave and strong throughout the whole recovery has given me a goal to keep going. Just knowing that it was possible to get through is what really keeps me feeling good. The accident and my struggle to heal are still on my mind today. It's really important to know who you are and who you want to be. You can always change the way you act or the way you do things when you feel ready and need a change. It can definitely happen over night. Just remember don't change for someone else, be who you want to be.
My mission here is to prevent the horrible accidents that are happening because drivers are not being responsible. During my recovery I have seen some of the worst drivers while on the way to my doctors' appointments. These stupid things are listed on my t-shirt and this is a way for me to continue healing. I want to start making drivers more aware of their lack of focus when driving. I want to prevent accidents by making drivers more attentive while on the road. It only takes a second to lose control of your vehicle. I love helping out people in any way I possibly can, no matter what.
